CREATING LESSONS BY INFUSING COMMUNICATION, CULTURES, CONNECTIONS, COMPARISONS AND COMMUNITIES WITH TECHNOLOGY

A MCTLC / NEA - sponsored Technology Workshop

Saturday, April 2, 2011

Concordia College, Moorhead, MN

This workshop is designed to give participants hands-on knowledge in primarily web-based technologies related to best practices in teaching world languages, notably the “5 C’s”.   Our work will be steeped in pedagogical “best practices” as well as the practical acquisition of specific technologies!  Join us for this highly interactive and timely topic.  You can’t afford to not speak the language of your students and we can help.

All sessions will take place on the beautiful Concordia College campus in Moorhead, Minnesota in their conference center, library, and specialized computer labs.  Morning and afternoon snacks, as well as a catered lunch, are included in the price.  All sessions will provide bibliographies as well as resources ready for immediate implementation.  All presenters have specialized expertise in their session topic.  The emphasis in the afternoon will be on acquiring specific technology skills and applying them directly to different aspects of the 5 C’s.

Members $25                                     Non-Members $75
