Constitution and Bylaws

Constitution: amended October 2013.

The name of this Organization shall be the MINNESOTA COUNCIL ON THE TEACHING OF LANGUAGES AND CULTURES (MCTLC). 

Bylaws: approved at the August 2013 meeting of the Executive Board.
